REGISTRATION CHANGE EFFECTIVE 11/5/2025
Families have notified us that the requirement to download, complete, and upload the Medical Release Authorization is slowing down the registration experience.
We have decided to leave that portion of the registration as 'optional'. Please note, however, that Little League International requires Medical Release Authorizations as part of their safety regulations.
Suppose you don't fill it out as part of the registration process. In that case, you must download, fill out, and turn in your Medical Release Authorization and hand it into your Team's Manager (once known) before your player(s) can begin participation.
